Managing an MSP means juggling a dozen tools that rarely agree with each other. Devices appear in your RMM but are missing from endpoint security. Companies exist in your PSA under different names than in your backup platform. Agents go dark and nobody notices until a client asks. MSP Recapp solves this by pulling data from all your integrations into a single reconciliation layer — so you can see exactly what’s covered, what’s missing, and what needs action.

What you can do with MSP Recapp

Connect your integrations

Sync your PSA, RMM, endpoint security, and backup tools. Supports ConnectWise, HaloPSA, Autotask, NinjaOne, Datto RMM, SentinelOne, Huntress, Sophos, Axcient, and more.

Review device coverage

See every managed device across every integration in a single coverage matrix. Spot gaps, duplicates, and stale check-ins at a glance.

Reports

Generate and export coverage, gap, stale-device, and duplicate reports on demand or on a schedule (Pro and Enterprise).

Automations

Trigger webhooks or create PSA tickets automatically when coverage gaps or sync events are detected. Available on Pro and Enterprise.

Organization mapping

Match companies across all your tools to a single canonical organization so cross-integration data lines up correctly.

Plans

Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise tiers to fit every MSP — including a free bring-your-own-database option to get started at no cost.

Two deployment models

MSP Recapp offers two ways to store your operational data — integrations, devices, and organizations — depending on your plan. Free (Bring Your Own Database): You provide a PostgreSQL 14+ database hosted anywhere you choose — Supabase, Neon, Railway, or your own server. Your credentials are encrypted before storage, and MSP Recapp only keeps the connection details needed to reach your database. This model gives you full control over where your data lives at zero cost. Paid (Managed Database): On Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans, MSP Recapp provisions and manages the database for you. There is no setup required — you sign up, pay, and start connecting integrations immediately. Pro uses a shared database with schema-level isolation. Enterprise gets a fully dedicated, isolated PostgreSQL instance.
Regardless of plan, the MSP Recapp platform only stores your tenant metadata and encrypted database credentials. All operational data (devices, companies, integration records) lives in your tenant’s database — either one you provide or one we manage on your behalf.
