What is the difference between Free and paid plans?
What is the difference between Free and paid plans?

Pro and Enterprise also unlock Automations, advanced reports, custom branding, and — on Enterprise — device remediation, gap remediation, device snapshots, and roadmap influence.

What does 'coverage gap' mean?
A coverage gap is flagged when a device exists in one integration tool but is missing from one or more of the other tools where it is expected to appear. For example, if a device is tracked in your RMM but not in your PSA, MSP Recapp surfaces that as a gap so you can investigate and resolve it.
