The dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in. It pulls live data from every connected integration and surfaces the numbers that matter most: how many devices Recapp is tracking, whether all your integration companies have been mapped to organizations, and whether any integrations are reporting errors or gaps. Use it as a daily health check before diving into deeper work in Devices, Organizations, or Reports.

Stat cards

Three cards sit at the top of the dashboard and update automatically as your data changes.

Total Devices

The total number of devices synced across all enabled integrations. When devices are present, the subtitle shows how many organizations they are spread across. If no sync has been run yet, it prompts you to sync.

Unmapped Companies

The count of integration companies that have not yet been mapped to an organization in Recapp. A non-zero value is shown as a warning — every unmapped company is a gap in your reconciliation data.

Organizations

The total number of organizations you have created in Recapp. This is your canonical client list that all integrations are mapped against.
The Unmapped Companies count on the dashboard is the same number shown in the Unmapped tab badge on the Organizations page. Bringing it to zero means every integration company is accounted for.

Integration Overview

Below the stat cards, the Integration Overview card lists every configured integration — enabled and disabled. For each integration you can see:
  • The integration type and display name
  • The last sync time (expressed as a relative timestamp, e.g. “3 minutes ago”)
  • The number of devices synced from that integration
  • A status badge: Connected, Syncing, Error, Disabled, or Never Synced
Click any row to navigate directly to that integration’s detail page where you can trigger a sync, review errors, or update credentials.
If an integration shows Error, click it from the Integration Overview card to jump straight to the integration detail page and see the error message — no need to navigate through the Integrations menu first.

Attention Required

The Attention Required card surfaces actionable alerts at three severity levels: critical, warning, and info. When everything is healthy it shows an “All clear” state with a green shield icon. Alert types you may see here include:

Sync Error

An integration last sync ended in an error state. Click the alert to navigate to the Integrations page.

Unmapped Companies

One or more integration companies are not mapped to an organization. Click to go directly to the Organizations page.

Stale Devices

Devices whose last check-in timestamp exceeds the configured variance threshold. Click to go to the Devices page.

Coverage Gap

A device is present in one integration category but missing from an expected category. Click to navigate to the Integrations page for remediation.
Every alert in the Attention Required card is a clickable link. Click it to navigate directly to the relevant area of Recapp rather than hunting through the sidebar.
